2018 Fall Conference

We are SOLD OUT of booths, but there are several sponsorship opportunities still available! 

Quick Facts

  • We anticipate 350-400 attendees, primarily chiropractors.
  • This year's theme is Casino Night/Vegas. We will be hosting an informal contest to ask attendees to vote on the 'Best Booth,' so please decorate according to the theme!
  • Booths are 8'X8' (with the opportunity to book a double space - see below for pricing).
  • Drape colors are green and gold - the colors of $$$ for that big Vegas win!

Sponsorship Information

  • Program (one available) - $500 (sold out!)
  • Refreshment breaks (five available) - $750 ea. or $3,000 for all
  • Attendee Internet access (one available) - $1,500
  • Friday Welcome Reception/Casino Night (only three more available!) - $2,500
  • Saturday Ladies Tea (only two more available!) - $2,500
  • Friday afternoon speaker, Dr. William Moreau (one available) - $3,000
  • Saturday President's Luncheon (includes a 5-min. speaking opportunity at the luncheon) (only one more available!) - $5,000

What else?

  • Payment for any exhibit space/sponsorship must be made in full by Sept. 30, 2018 or you will relinquish your exhibit space and sponsorship agreement. No refunds will be granted for any cancellations after Oct. 4, 2018.   • Attendees have two breaks daily (morning and afternoon), plus we will distribute a Bingo card game to follow in an effort to get people circulating through the exhibit space. Friday's Casino Night and Saturday's President's Luncheon will also take place throughout the exhibit hall.
  • We need donations for our raffle drawings throughout the weekend! Please contact Carly at [email protected] if you would like to donate a prize worth approximately $100.
